Melbenarch, also trading as Richwood Australia, was founded in 2013 when the company was invited to represent Richwood in the western region of Australia. This invitation was a testament to our expertise and reputation in the industry, and we have since worked tirelessly to uphold these standards while expanding our presence and offerings. As we continue to grow and evolve, we remain committed to providing our clients with the highest level of service and support.
In recognition of our customer service, & commitment to Richwood's quality suite of products, Melbenarch has been awarded the distributor contract for Richwood Industries (USA) products in Western Australia. By leveraging Richwood Industries (USA)'s materials expertise, we have made significant improvements in fixed plant assets' availability and wear life.
As a supplier to major Australian mining operations, we prioritise responsiveness to our customer’s requirements. Our agility, extensive knowledge, and experience, backed by our manufacturing partners' industry leadership, enable us to efficiently cater to local (Australian) needs.
